Made a reservation tonight at Hotel Texas on Exchange. The place didn't even have a website, so I'll have to let you know how it is once we stay the night. I was a little hesitant after reading a few reviews online.

Well as fun as this sounds and as much as I wanna go, I will be entering College Station that night in pursuite of my fourth straight ChiliFest. Fisch and Mrs. fisch will be there as well I believe. However, if any Pesos are down for some Amarillo entertainment on Thursday night I will be much abliged to provide that for them. Let me know. Afore mentioned reference to Fisch and Mrs. Fisch. Proof you are married. Rhonda is crushed at the obvious snub.

Okay, somehow the first five pages of this thread escaped me...I have now caught up and need to clear some things up:
Stubbs: I have never puked at a Chilifest.
The time I puked at Hurricane Harry's was weird...I don't think I had even finished one beer. (Although I ended the night very strong after said incident.
For the record it was a Randy Rogers concert.
I, in fact, have not gotten married and there are no plans to get married. I am happy where I am. I don't need to sign any contract extensions or renegotiate anything.

On a related note.
How long does it take to drive from FW to Snook, TX?
Is this Chilifest thing sold out?
What does the weather look like for Saturday at Chilifest?

The drive is 3 and change.
I don't think that Chilifest can sell out.
I don't know what the weather will be.
You should definitely make the trek...its going to be a great time.

Thank you, those factors will be considered.
Rhonda wants to go...I'm on the fence.

3 hours is a long drive the morning after a Peso show. Add standing in the rain at an outdoor show to the equation and you get a massive suckstorm.

Even though I'm sure you already know this, there is a 50% chance for rain on Sat.
Still would make for a great time though.

For the record, I just said that I'm sure there are some stories.
After seeing Jack last night, Chilifest crossed my mind as well. But Mike's reasons entered my brain as well. Plus, I don't think I could get the roommate to go for it.
